Help in resurrecting a CW key

    Greetings fellow Hams.

This CW key was owned by my Dad, a WWII Radioman and lifetime ham radio operater. I recently got this back from a relative but it came in poor condition. I’ve gotten it back to a more or less operational use but it could use someone’s better methods to balance the arm, etc.
I’m sure my Dad was using this on his gear before I was born in 1948.

I would also love to not only get this useful, but to hookup it up to a power supply and speaker to practice CW.

If you can assist, please call or text me, 707-570-5432.

    Thanks in advance, 73s

    Patrick,
At the next meeting seek out Ed W1EJ, or John Brickenridge, WB6FRZ. John can be reached directly from the mentor page under Mode:CW> Both are long time cw ops and have worked on restoring keys. Hope it helps.
