Anyone have a Sainsonic AP510 APRS?

I recently picked one up and have been trying to get it working.
It’s a snazzy small APRS unit, totally self contained.
Unfortunately, it’s not very Windows 10 friendly.
Does anyone have one that they’ve been able to get working?
I may just have to dust off my old Win/XP computer!
