Help with HamAlert app

I just found out about an app called HamAlert. I’m trying to set up the filters (triggers and conditions) to select the small number of notifications I would like to receive. For now all I want is SOTA activators in CA on 2 meters or 70cm. No matter how I set up the triggers and conditions I’m getting way to many alerts from activators that are way out of my ability to connect with. If there’s anyone familiar with this app I’d appreciate some guidance on getting the triggers and conditions set up properly.
