LCARS – Ham Radio Equipment Auction Begins! (Ends Aug 26)
Aug 22 @ 6:00 AM – Aug 26 @ 5:00 PM

Lake County Amateur Radio Society

Ham Radio Equipment Auction Begins!

Hi All.
I am sending out this email to officially begin the auction for the Theall Family Ham Gear that was recently donated to LCARS. The attached
PDF document shows the items up for sale.  One new item was added on the last page, that snuck by me in my first inventory of what was available.
Listing-of-HAM-equipment

List of Items for auction with photos

Anyone that has any interest can bid on the items, there is no need to be a member of LCARS, but all monies received have been graciously donated by the Theall family to LCARS for use within the amateur radio community.
The following Google Sheets link will take you to the spreadsheet so you can view pricing information, and the current bid for any item.
The bidding will end at 5 pm on Sunday, August 26th.  If you have a particular item you would like more information on, I can provide additional pictures as requested.  Most of the items have their original manuals.  You can lookup any item on the web to get more technical details if you need them.
The assumption is all items are working, although some may need batteries changed, or some cleaning.  If you are unhappy with your
purchase, I will probably give a 2 week trial/test period to ensure you are happy with the items performance.  For items that seem to have high
interest, I will try to get some basic functionality testing done and share the information.
Bidding:  Please reply to my email address (jay_dedontney@yahoo.com) with the subject line “LCARS Item Bid”, and in the body include the item number from the spreadsheet and your bid, and any other questions you might like to have addresssed.
Please forward this information on to any other HAMS you feel might be interested, although I would prefer to not have to ship anything
depending on their distance away from Lake County.
